Dr. Vickie M. Oakley has a passion for assisting people, especially women, to find encouragement and overcome obstacles. Her upcoming book “Messages of Hope” is about finding hope and encouragement in learning to live with the death of a child. She also has plans to write another book “Searching for Hope.”
